Our Packs are made of a saddle cloth (bucksuede) exterior laminated
to a ripstop nylon interior. This combination provides for a soft
exterior shell that is silent in the brush, yet still very durable and
waterproof. All of the seams and stress points are double or triple
stitched for added strength.
This makes our packs the most water resistant, burr proof, durable, and quietest packs available.
We use the heaviest zippers available # 10 YKK coil zipper for main
compartments, and #8 YKK Zippers for the pockets. We use YKK as they
are the leader in the zipper industry and this is usually the first
problem area a pack will have.
